Trainee Personal Assistant, Administrator and Social Media Wizzard (25 hours per week, National Minimum Wage)

As a Trainee PA/Administrator you will be supporting the existing Protection Advisers with everyday office duties. We are happy to accept applications from school/college leavers as full training, support, and guidance are provided. The office is fun and friendly with a work-hard attitude to make it happen. This role is varied and therefore we expect you to be willing to learn new things.

Your week to week will consist of the following:

  • General office administration duties
  • Copying and scanning relevant documents
  • Sharing reception duties with other team members (greeting customers, answering company phone),
  • Managing company calendar – making appointments, booking training sessions online
  • Managing the company CRM – inputting and updating data
  • Assisting protection adviser with speaking to customers and insurers
  • Research of the protection market
  • Maintaining exceptional client’s relationships
  • Content creation for social media

Experience and Qualifications

  • Confident telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Process driven
  • Keen desire to learn and excel
  • Social Media confidence and knowledge of most popular social media platforms.
  • Language: due to broad base of Polish and Central / Eastern European customers knowledge of one or more of the following will be beneficial: Czech, Hungarian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Romanian
